Beginning of 2008, Gravity Sport Management (www.gravity-sport.com) was founded in Luxemburg with the goal to identify, develop and promote young talents and careers in the motorsport arena. The company began its activities in the GP2 series, in the new Formula BMW Europe championship, in ADAC Masters as well as in the Moto GP 125cc class.
Nine young talents are now being supported and guided by Gravity Sport Management with the support of a dedicated group of specialists from several fields of expertise which include physical and mental preparation, coaching, media and communication training and sponsor promotion.
Marco Wittmann is one of those young talents. With a rewarding career in karting already under his belt, he has now set his sights on making his mark in single-seater racing. The Formula BMW Europe series, where Marco currently competes, provides a very competitive environment in which he will be able to prove his talent.
Gravity Sport Management believes that it is possible to minimize the reliance on luck through comprehensive development plans, targetted efforts, disciplined work, clear expectations and realistic goals.
